Mediterranean Diet Course August/September 2024

The Mediterranean diet is associated with reduced risk of Alzheimer's disease and slowed cognitive decline. In this free, online course, registered dietitian Rachel Sandoval will cover all the details of this brain-healthy eating pattern and provide plenty of easy cooking tips and tricks.

If you've already taken Brain Health Boot Camp, you'll notice a little bit of review and a lot more cooking tips. We'll get into the nitty gritty details of building brain-healthy meals and maximizing nutrients in our cooking. You'll have access to downloads, cheat sheets, recipes, meal planning guides, and more.

Each week, you'll be encouraged to set nutrition goals and join the group in weekly challenges. 

The next Mediterranean Diet course begins on August 27th and will run through September 17th.

Live Zoom classes are every Tuesday from 1 to 2 pm. Class recordings are available to those who register, so you'll be able to catch up on the session or sessions that you missed.
