Brain Health Boot Camp February 2023

LEAP! Brain Health Boot Camp is an online program to encourage healthy lifestyle habits for Alzheimer's prevention. Created by experts at the KU Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, it includes six modules with evidence-based strategies for improving & protecting brain health.

Our next round of BHBC will run February 13th through March 20th! Video lessons are available on-demand, and live coaching sessions are held on Mondays at 1pm. 

Within each module, you'll find:

  • Videos, where our experts explain the concepts and strategies that are most beneficial to brain health.
  • Weekly goals, designed to help you apply the latest brain health research to your life immediately.
  • Additional resources, like recipes and links to our favorite healthy lifestyle blogs.
  • Reading assignments for the LEAP! Brainpower Blueprint, the course textbook and your guide to a better brain.
  • Weekly live group calls for coaching, Q&A, and support.

Who is this course for?

This course is suitable for participants of all ages who want to improve their brain health.

The strategies outlined in this course may help reduce dementia risk for those with normal cognition or mild cognitive impairment.

For those in early stages of dementia, these strategies may help slow cognitive decline.
