Brain Health Boot Camp: August 2026
LEAP! Brain Health Boot Camp is an online program to encourage healthy lifestyle habits for Alzheimer's prevention. Created by experts at the KU Alzheimer's Disease Research Center, it includes six modules with evidence-based strategies for improving & protecting brain health.
The next round of Brain Health Boot Camp begins August 6th and will run through September 10! Live Zoom classes are every Thursday from 12 pm to 1 pm CT.
Class recordings are available to those who register, so you'll be able to catch up on the session or sessions that you missed.

This course features:
- Weekly interactive Zoom classes covering how key lifestyle factors impact brain health. These sessions also feature plenty of Q&A time with our course instructors and are recorded for later viewing.
- Bonus video lessons, where our experts explain the concepts and strategies that are most beneficial to brain health.
- Additional resources, like recipes, healthy goal suggestions, and links to our favorite wellness blogs.
- Reading assignments for the LEAP! Brainpower Blueprint, the course textbook and your guide to a better brain.
Course content will become available shortly before the July 8 start date.
Who is this course for?
This course is suitable for participants of all ages who want to improve their brain health.
The strategies outlined in this course may help reduce dementia risk for those with normal cognition or mild cognitive impairment.
For those in early stages of dementia, these strategies may help slow cognitive decline.
